Phase 1 merged a five-tool stack (Airtable, Notion, Fillout, inbox, content channels) into one custom AI-native workspace. No more context-switching across tabs, no more siloed data, full visibility over the business from a single screen.
Phase 2 layers four agents on top: an Executive Assistant on inbox, invoicing and onboarding; an SDR feeding the Narrative Risk Index into cold outreach; a Head of Growth shipping the Monday report across LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok; and a COO running accountability-as-a-service over the whole team, the founder included.
Phase 3 is leverage. The freed bandwidth funds the next product, a multi-tenant founder-intelligence layer that wasn't possible while the founder was the bottleneck. The install came with the same build tools we used to make it, so he's building it himself, in natural language.
