We help businesses get AI doing real work  ·  Read our letter ↗
how it works

Find it. Build it. Keep it running.

Three steps. The first one costs you nothing and you can stop after it.

start smaller · half a day · in your office

Most people start with half a day.

We come to you for a morning, sit down with the people who actually do the work, and go through where the time goes. You end the session with a written list of every job in the business AI could take on, what each one is costing you, and which three we would do first. Your team leaves having seen it work on one of their own jobs.

You keep the list whether you work with us or not. Plenty of people take it away and do nothing for six months, which is fine. It is the cheapest way to find out whether any of this is real for a business like yours.

01 · Discover · about two weeks · costs you nothing

We find the jobs worth doing first.

Your team shows us how the work actually gets done. We time it, list every job AI could take on, rank them by what they are costing you, and build one of them there and then so you can see it working. At the end you get a straight answer on what it is worth and what we would charge. If you walk away here, you owe us nothing.

we watch the work

Your team shows us the job, once

On a call, with the screen shared. We agree out loud how long it takes today. That recording is the thing we build to, so nothing gets lost in translation.

the full list

Every job, ranked

You see the whole list, including the jobs nobody thinks to mention, and what each one is costing you. You decide what matters.

one built live

We build one so you can see it

A working version of one of your own jobs, timed against how long it takes you now.

the number

One figure, from your own work

What the job costs you today, what we measured after, and what we would charge. All of it comes from your own numbers.

02 · Build · a few weeks

We build it properly and get your team using it.

We build the three to five jobs that came out on top, connected to the software you already use, so nobody has to move anything or learn a new system. Everything gets tested against real examples from your own work before it goes anywhere near a customer. We are not finished when it works. We are finished when your team is using it without us.

the first jobs

Three to five to begin with

Enough to change the working week, small enough to be done in weeks. The rest waits until these are earning their keep.

your systems

It plugs into what you already have

Your customer records, your accounts, your inbox, your job system. They stay where they are. Nothing gets migrated and nobody has to relearn their job.

tested first

Checked before it touches anything real

Every job we automate is tested against real examples from your own work. If it gets something wrong in testing, it does not go live.

your team using it

Training is how we know we are done

We do not leave when the software works. We leave when your team is running it on their own and would notice if it stopped.

03 · Run · monthly, for as long as it is useful

We stay, and it keeps getting better.

Every business has a long tail of smaller jobs worth automating, and you should not have to pay a consultant every time one comes up. Your team can add them themselves by asking, in plain English. One named person on our side keeps everything working, checks anything that touches your data or goes out to a customer, and tells you each month what is actually being used.

just ask

Your team adds things by asking

No tickets, no forms, no waiting on us. If someone finds themselves doing the same thing twice, they say so and it gets built.

a named person

You know who looks after it

One person on our side who knows your business, keeps it working, and checks anything risky before it goes live.

we can do it for you

Or we build the tail as well

If your team would rather not, we do it instead: a set number of new jobs each month, built by us, on the same terms.

kept honest

A monthly note on what is used

Which jobs are being used and which are not. If something is not earning its keep we tell you.

The same four things, every time.

The contractWritten for UK rules. You own what we build.
Your dataSealed to your business. Nothing it learns from you helps anyone else, ever.
Where it runsIn the UK or the EU if you need it to be, which matters for some clients and some insurers.
What we refuseWe will not build anything that decides who gets hired, who gets credit or who gets disciplined. Those are people decisions.
