Finding out costs nothing and you can stop there. If you go ahead, our proposal names one figure that came from what we measured with your team, plus a monthly for keeping it working. No price list, and nothing per person.
we watch the work, list every job, build one, and price it
+ Your team shows us the job, once
+ Every job ranked by what it is costing you
+ One of them built there and then, and timed
+ A written case in your own numbers, and one price
in the proposal, worked out from what we measured with you
+ The three to five jobs costing you the most, built
+ Connected to the software you already use
+ Tested against real examples from your own work
+ Your team trained until they run it without us
your team adds new jobs, or we do; quoted in the same proposal
+ Your team can add new jobs just by asking
+ One named person on our side who keeps it working
+ Or we build the new ones for you each month instead
+ Every three months we recheck it against real numbers
walk away after the first stage and there is no further cost · we only take on a few businesses at a time
to see the whole list, what we measured, and the figure. Walk away and you owe nothing.
a fraction of what we can show you would save in a year. If that sum does not work, neither do we.
every number comes out of the recording of your own team doing the work.
Because the number is yours. It comes from what your own team shows us, so we genuinely cannot know it before we have met you. Finding out costs nothing, which means you see the figure before you have spent anything.
Your team shows us the job and we agree how long it takes. How often it happens, times how long it takes, times what that person costs you, gives what it is costing you today. Then we build it and time it again. Our price is a fraction of what we can show you would save over a year. Every figure comes out of that, and none of it is a guess.
We look wider across the team first, in case we started in the wrong place. If it still is not worth it, we tell you straight and you have lost nothing but a couple of hours. We would rather say no than take money for something that will not pay you back.
No, and here is the honest reason. The price is a share of what you save. Who does the work does not change what you are left with at the end of the year.
They check anything that would change your records or go out to a customer before it goes live, undo anything that should not have gone out, and send you a short note each month on what is genuinely being used. They are the reason it still works in month nine.
No. The monthly runs for as long as it is useful to you. If you stop, you keep what we built and we will tell you honestly what you need in place to keep running it.
