What it is. OwnOS is a small UK firm that gets AI working inside ordinary businesses. It finds the jobs AI can genuinely take off a team, builds them, and stays on to keep them running.
Who it works with. UK businesses turning over roughly £2M to £10M: accountancy and legal practices, IT and managed service providers, software firms, manufacturers and trades, and businesses with an investor behind them.
How the work goes. The team watches how a job is really done, times it, and prices from that measurement. Finding out costs the client nothing. What gets built lands in one place their own staff use daily, and one named person stays on it afterwards.
Who runs it. Founded in 2026 by Martin Mach and Scott Mitchell. Based in Liverpool, working across the UK.
What it will not do. Nothing that decides who gets hired, who gets credit or who gets disciplined. No client data trains anything anyone else touches. Not tied to any one AI company.
